okay - so we already got the backstory of Kaiser and I have tons of thoughts of it since I have been in love with Kaiser and he’s literally my fav character in blue lock. let’s go!

I can say 260-263 can be my fav chapter by far bc it depicts flashback of Kaiser is wholesome and completely makes us know him distinctly. at the beginning - we see Kaiser is being abused by his father and he has abandonment issues by his mother. so he grew up in worst environment that it was totally different from other children. one day, he finds comfort in football and it makes me cry  I think we can be like him in reality? even if we grow up in normal background, who doesn’t like that? just want to find comfort in something  obviously - football has been his best friend and keeps his company all the time. football doesn’t speak but can reassure him whatever. I even can’t imagine Kaiser pays how huge effort just in order to get rid his past and his father. the biggest obstacle in his life.

at the beginning he probably treated Nass like his underling but we got this moment, Kaiser just didn’t know how do treat people in normal way and with kindness and appreciation. also aside he wanted to get “dog” he literally acknowledged the ability and strength of Ness. 
if you know Haikyuu, when they don’t continuously play volleyball in the future you still find it’s fine. but for Kaiser, he doesn’t have any choice. bc he was born in reckless way and broken family, meanwhile, football is the only thing can change his life and makes him better. 
 

Kaiser - is perfect outside but imperfect inside. also for malice aspect - I think it’s pretty normal stuff that everyone definitely has in reality just depends on how you use itself. it can make you better or worse. malice can be the weapon to Kaiser and what makes him to be who is he today. it can be his gift and misery and curse at the same time. Kaiser improves in adversity and now he has the biggest challenge - Isagi and his own ego to get through. he doesn’t want to get soft like old days. he has too many obstacles to overcome.

fear and frustration complex - what a damn real stuff we may have. when I saw his fear, it really reflects on our real life. we probably are scared of some thing in our deep down. I just find Kaiser’s story is pretty realistic and remind me of what I fear, I care, I desire etc etc.  it hit me close to home and hit me so impactful.

anyhow, Kaiser doesn’t get soft in front of people and always quickly pull himself together. truly my king
